Okay, so you want to earn money online by working at home and you made profile on freelancing sites like VWorker and now you are surprised to see that most of the projects there are for those who are professionally sound and can write good code and can build and design websites!! Your scratch your head and become a little depressed. You really want to earn money online and despite your less technical skills, want to earn money at home.
